#bemorejude

On 6th October 4 of our GoodGym-ers helped with the organisation and took part in the Urmston 5K Fun Run to raise money for and raise awareness of Bone Cancer Research Trust. The event was organised in aid of Jude's Fund in his memory and was a lovely community event bringing all sorts of different people from the local area together.

Over 200 runners tipped up early on Sunday morning to brave the weather and were shepherded into starting waves (with the help of a megaphone!) by our GoodGym-ers who were then set off on their way by Kate Green MP.

Dodging the raindrops our team then cheered all the runners, joggers and walkers in their orange t shirts into the finish.

thanks so much for your help guys!
