2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Lewisham.

Mark came prepared with his handy screwdriver and we had the bed apart and down the stairs in a a few minutes. Thanks Mark! Plus we have a £20 donation to GoodGym from a very happy beneficiary.
