2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Southwark.

Two runners (Conroy and Mridula) rose one early morning to help Mr. E get a bed down from the top floor of his beautiful house to one floor down. Poor Mrs E had fallen down the stairs and hurt herself just before christmas and was hopefully returning that day. Our help meant that she could be cared for and use the bathroom on the same floor. It was a very quick mission, however from the way we were thanked profusely by Mr E, we made a huge difference. We wish Mrs E a speedy recovery and hope she made it home that day.
