Bed buds
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Lewisham.

Paulin and I met Ms M and her son to put a bed together so he didn't have to sleep on the floor any more.
With some team work and an Allen key we slotted it all together sturdily. Ms M and her son were lovely and helpful, and sent us off with thanks and some cake. A successful mission!
