Battered spatula

1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Lewisham.

Ms C was very welcoming. She had an outdoor space out front which made social distancing easier. Sunny day and she explained she would be outside with her book. Sounds idyllic. She handed me her list and I asked if there was anything else. She returned to show me a very battered spatula - “it can’t take my omelettes or pancakes anymore!” So in search of the list - I managed to get everything - even a new, silicon spatula. Never knew you could get so many variations - plastic, metal, non stick, wooden... I had to ring Ms C to confirm which she preferred. Delivered successfully and a very welcome smile greeted me back!

Great mission and so glad that Miss C can now make omelettes and pancakes again!
