Vickie went along to the Social Supermarket and supported the team with preparing over 60 home deliveries of food including fresh fruit and veg, eggs, bread and other dried and tinned goods. Additional extras were recipe bags with instructions and ingredients to make a nutritious meal for the family. All bags are individually tailored to the needs of the recipient- e.g. dietary needs, size of family etc so attention to detail is paramount. Finally Vickie supported the volunteer drivers to select their deliveries and load them ready to go.
