Bag packing at the most Wonderful time of the Year (and that’s a FACT!)

I went along to Marks and Spencer at the Metro Centre to help out a local Charity, FACT (Fighting All Cancers Together) FACT had organised a bag pack in the Food Hall to raise money, so that they can continue providing support, awareness and Education around Cancer.

I went and helped Shoppers with packing their bags in the middle of the day and completed 2 hours. It was very busy and so it was great to be able to help and chat to lots of people. Even though it is the week before Christmas, everyone was really smiley and friendly.

Everyone was really generous who came through the tills and even those people who wanted to pack their own bags (which is completely understandable!) still donated their spare change in to the bucket. There was one Man who came through, preferred to pack his own bags but donated a Five pound note!

This was my first ever Charity bag pack and I would definitely support and help out again in the future.
