Ms F needed a helping hand shopping for essential goods as she is currently self-isolating.

The local supermarket was well stocked with almost everything on her list.

I did ask if they could pull some strings to get the missing items but unfortunately they told me they were flourless...

After a quick call, Ms F was able to call on some substitute items form the bench!
