A big welcome back to Dan hows back after his travels round Europe ,it was nice to see the happy smiles on every ones face despite the weather which was misty and damp. After a brief warm up plus the usual dose of Pandiculation we headed off down to the Square and turned left into the gardens to start a litter pick thinking there would be a lot of litter with the Arts Festival on going but it was all very clean so we made for Meyrick Park after a run up a step long Hill we all made it to the park ,after a lap of the park we all came to the conclusion its the cleanness in Bournemouth So we made the decision to head to Horseshoe Common upon which we found we need new batteries for the winter in the Head lights This was a better choice as there was a lot of litter and even one shoe Dan called us to the flyover (under it) and these little lights which where magnetic and shown Purple in colour We managed to fill a sack of litter which is not to bad as the area is a lot cleaner for all After which we all headed back to base ,in total we ran 5k well done to all.I hope more can make next week for Andys leaving do, after a brief warm down we said our goodbyes and i wished all how are running on sunday in the Great South Run good luck see you all next week
