A walk (and cycle) in the park

We had a lovely morning helping out at junior parkrun!

I cycled to Saltwell Park and I was joined by Louise and Michael. I was on first timers briefing and finish tokens whilst Louise and Michael were marshalling.

Everything is so well organised that we always know what we are doing and where we need to be (marshals are provided with a lanyard, numbered with their position and a little map of where to stand)
