A trip to Iso-land

1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Southwark.

Having recently got out of hospital after a big operation, Ms R was desperately missing a few treats she had enjoyed during her recovery, namely orange juice! After a long-distance friendly introductory chat, walking through her list and kindly being shown her suggested shop on an A-Z, I set out to join some very sensible queueing at Iceland. A successful sweep found all of Ms R's items and I was thrilled knowing how much she was looking forward to having a yummy apple pie and a cold glass of the good stuff. A beautiful sunny morning exploring my local areas, supporting my community.

(Photo is the only one I remembered to take - of my local namesake's pub!)
