Freyja, David and Alex livened up a drizzly Monday evening by going to visit Mr H and remove a carpet strip (check out the offending piece of metal in our cheeky selfie) so that he could move about his home without worrying about tripping over it when he went to get his dinner. It was a quick job, and after a nice chat with Mr H we all went on our way to do a bit more running. Freyja to tackle some hills, Alex to take on some sprints, and David to a goodgym group run. How keen are we?!
