4 GoodGymers made their way to help the Bristol Churches Winter Night Shelter in Bristol.

The wind blew but it didn't rain as we chatted all things rugby, ice hockey and electric bikes whilst waiting for the van.
As it turned the corner, so did Gary who had timed his run across town to perfection!
Today's fab four had the duvets and mattresses off the van and into the hall in no time despite the wind's attempts to take us surfing!
