Community mission

A sting in the tail!

1 GoodGymer made their way to help the Scope Charity in Birmingham.

Jonny went to his local Scope shop to lend a hand on a humid Saturday morning. The task was to clear a load of nettles from the shops back yard, that had drastically overgrown due to nobody being in the shop over the lockdown period.

The fact that shorts were worn wasn't the best idea, however the odd sting here and there didn't stop him in his tracks, as you can see from the before and after pictures the nettles were duly cleared in the Mission time.

We will be heading back to the shop in the coming weeks to clear the rest of their yard :)
