A group of GoodGymmers met at the Herne Hill Halloween party, run by the lovely Herne Hill Community Forum. The party was packed when we arrived, with lots of kids (and adults) having a great time. A particular highlight seemed to be the fancy dressed sheep who was apparently not an official part of the party.

Once 7pm struck, the party started to disband and we could get to work clearing stalls and doing the GoodGym favourite litter-picking.

Halfway through, a squad of spooky Southwark runners appeared out of the darkness to help us out. Dressed appropriately scarily, they got to work taking gazebos down and very quickly, the marketplace was transformed back to its peaceful normality.

After saying goodbye to our Southwark neighbours, we went for pizza with our friends from the Herne Hill Community Forum and heard more about the lovely things they do in the local area.
