I visited Mrs J for the first time today. I ran just under 5km to get to her house. She is a lovely lady who lives alone and is not able to get out much due to her limited mobility. We watched a little bit of the remembrance parade together then I made her a cup of tea, got some milk out the freezer as she was running low and chatted for 1.5 hours. I then ran / walked home. It was a lovely experience for my first social visit and on world kindness day too!
