2 GoodGymers made their way 2.1km to help the Mencap - Brent and Mencap - Brent in Brent.

Samina and Tabitha met on Monday night and jogged to Brent Mencap
There were two tasks for the evening : cleaning and shredding . Samina got to work with the shredding, the shredder needed a break every ten minutes so during the breaks Samina could join Tabitha with a spot of cleaning .
Tabitha mopped the stair ways and polished the banisters .
The trips up and down stairs kept us fit . We filled two bags with successfully shredded paper , this made a small dent in the shredding pile, every little helps !
