We initially had another mission planned for today which was cancelled. So at relatively short notice, we decided to help clean up the canal towpath instead as this is something which we can always help with and needs to be kept on top of. So Balal, Tousif and John met up in St Pauls Square and walked down to the canal where we got cracking.

When we got down to the canal, the scale of the task became apparent as a lot of litter had accumulated over the last couple of weeks. We also found a number of strange items you wouldn't expect to find, such as a broken tablet - hence today's pun! In all, we filled six bin bags full of rubbish and hopefully the canal towpath looks a lot better for it! It was then time to go but not before our obligatory selfie!

Thanks to everyone who attended today. It was apparent that this is something we really need to keep on top of so we will continue to do this mission at regular intervals.
