Good afternoon goodgymmers! Today we helped the lovely Ms S move around some furniture around her house. She has recently been diagnosed with an illness which limits her mobility.

This was the second time I had been back to Ms S's house and it was a little bit complicated to find. I thought I would have to give Natalie a hand finding it, and then could be all smug and magnanimous about it, but as it turns out it wasn't that hard to find, and I was just being a bit slow.

We arrived at Ms S and she let us know where to move her furniture around. Ms S had a clear list of what she needed us to do, and away we went. She had a beautiful view of the marina so we took the opportunity to admire this and her very cool high heel shaped chair. Ms S is also a make up artist, and I took this opportunity to tell her about the time that I experimented with a primer which contained florescent molecules. I went to a club with black lighting and my face lit up with weird marks, it was not a good look. Ms S, I sure could have used your help then, and let's face it I'm not much better now. I only mastered eyeliner at the age of 32 - and by mastered I mean the very low bar of getting it relatively even on both sides 62% of the time.

We moved the furniture around quite easily, and asked Ms S if there was anything else we could do. She asked us if we could remove a wobbly shower door and Natalie and I went to investigate. The shower was indeed wobbly and was only being held up by optomism, but was surprisingly hard to remove. After nearly killing Natalie once or twice, my 5 year engineering degree kicked in. We used the little known and very professional technique of wiggling it until it came out and safely stored it behind Ms S's very heavy dresser.

We then removed her garbage and got her her post. We had explained how goodgym worked to Ms S and she told us what a wonderful concept goodgym was. She was so happy with the changes we made and told us we were making her life easier. We were happy to help Ms S.

Stay safe goodgymmers!
