A monkey on one's back

This week, it was time for Goodgym Monkey to come out of his isolation for some monkey business!

The Poole Mascot took a trip around the streets and Poole to visit Goodgym members and bring good cheer!

As part of the sign up, runners also donated to their local foodbank.

Monkey was cleaned at each port and always came with a big smile - Or at least gave us a smile or two!

He certainly was up to his usual tricks, eating the sweets, hanging off the furniture and generally monkey business! He was also made to clean and cook along the way!
