A little goes a long way....

Age UK referred Mr M to GoodGym Norwich who needed help putting bags in the loft and so I thought I'd sign up for the mission. I also did some pre-mission checks with HQ to make sure he had a loft ladder, as I'm rather vertically challenged at 5 ft 1 inch! :0)

My legs were a bit totalled from an early morning efforts session, so I opted for a quick 10 minute cycle to the address. Once there, Mr M showed me a few carrier bags of items and a couple of boxes of photo frames. I was up the loft ladder like a rat up a drainpipe, deposited the items and that was the task done - quickest mission for me to date, but Mr M was really grateful. Just showing "a little goes a long way", a bit like Fairy Washing Up Liquid!! :0)

We discussed bad knees - his which stopped him from being able to get up to his loft and mine from way too much running!! I got back home just before the heavens opened with torrential rain, so it was a win-win all round.
