14 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Lewisham.

It was a beautifully sunny day, blue skies, happy faces appearing up the hill and we got together to help make Hilly Fields junior parkrun happen.
Our helping hands were in action on timers, barcode scanners, hi-fiving as marshals, tail-walking, Run Directing and token sorting. It takes 20+ volunteers to make this event happen every week, so it was great to have a strong team on board mid-week!
