Yesterday Karin and I ran up to Scope's charity shop in Northfield in 27ºC heat – a bit of a change from last week's rain! It was certainly summer in the shop too, with short shorts, bikinis and beach bags all begging to go to the seaside.

We helped to clean up the shop – hoovering, sanitising surfaces and tidying the clothes for the next day's customers to browse – and emptied a wheelie bin full of donations to be sorted later (if anyone likes Game of Thrones books I know where you can find quite a few...).
