Miles for the sole
7 GoodGymers made their way 7.0km to help their local community in Stockport.

Every so often, for our group run, we pack in the miles and have a social, chatty run and yesterday was the perfect evening for it!
We completed a 3km warm up lap then set off for a further 4km circular jog.
