Rooting for SPARC
5 GoodGymers made their way 6.0km to help their local community in Stockport.

Last night's group run was round two of the 60 minute makeover of allotment plot 30b for the brilliant bunch at SPARC.
Our challenge this week was to continue to strim, cut back, rake and dig to get the plot level and enable the folk at SPARC to begin to use the plot for the Primary Care Network.
Our run was a 3km shuttle down the A6 to the allotment plot, with a little uphill running, and a linear return back.
We welcomed a Stockport newby (but a GoodGym oldie) Ben to the group - shout out to Ben for getting STUCK IN in Stockport!
After an hour or so of hard graft and lots of chatter, 30b looked like a well manicured and cared for plot!
