8 GoodGymers ran 7.5k to and from Hallfield Estate to deliver over 400 leaflets and climb more that 50 flights of stairs for Open Ages new over Adult community learning classes!

A beautiful evening for a run in Central London and great to be able to do a really good chunk of it through Hyde Park!

Welcoming Patrick for his first GoodGym run as well the rest of the crew on this high activity day!

Loading up with the leaflets we headed out at a nice pace navigating our way North West. Getting to Hallfield Estate and taking on some of the biggest tower blocks in Westminster we climbed up and delivered at pace! 10 floors on each block meant we got a good stair climb going on to really work our legs!

Ticking each block off as we glided up and down the the stairs the leaflets we going down quickly.

4 Big blocks and 3 smaller blocks delivered to we had near enough run out of leaflets and the Open Age’s Adult learning classes were being talked about no doubt all across the Estate!

Heading back with the pretty much Everest of a stair climb in the legs a little tricky but rounded off a very strong workout!!

Thanks for coming along and hope to see you next week for our visit to One Big Family -Homeless Charity in Victoria!!
