🎄 Unleash Your Inner Elf 🎅 Help Set Up Hanwell Carnival's Winter Market & Grotto ❄️

Hanwell Carnival need our help setting up their Winter Market and Grotto. The day will feature craft stalls, mulled wine, a choir and Santa's grotto, which will be temporarily relocating from the North Pole to Hanwell. The aim of the event is to raise funds to run Hanwell Carnival next year. Hanwell Carnival is one of the UK's longest running free carnivals and is all about bringing our community together to celebrate creativity, diversity and joy.

We'll support the organising team by creating space for vendors, decorating the venue, preparing fairground games and helping put up a tent outdoors to shelter the choir and visitors if the weather turns.

If you can't make the full two hours please feel free to come and stay for as long as you can. The team will be there setting up for a few hours until the market opens in the afternoon.

Please note: GoodGym cannot guarantee that you will meet Santa.

• Moving tables and furniture to make space for craft stalls and attractions
• Decorating the pub for the Winter Market
• Setting up fairground games
• Assisting with putting up an outdoor tent for weather protection
