I know what you are thinking double tasking, triple triumphing and punned all over the place can Richmond be that GOOD...Really ?

Hell yeah, tonight we jogged, side shuffled, squatted and star jumped our way up Richmond Hill, taking the long route to ETNA. Thankfully we were only required to run up the hill once but boy was it packed with activity, the final exercise being partner squat jumps overlooking the beautiful Richmond views.

Once at ETNA we couldn't believe how the garden looked compared to the sparse weed-free land we had left it in, but it has been a while since we visited and we were pleased to be back. The 11 of us set to work tackling the front and rear garden, pulling up “anything green” Victoria advised (we were careful not to destroy any pretty plants and flowers we promise.) As we weeded we noticed how quickly the sun is now setting, new runner Helen asked...”What do you do in the winter?” to which Mark repiled..”we run!” This led to a chat about where we can purchase headtorches.

After weeding we split into pairs and tackled the Richmond streets with leaflets for Street Invest's latest event at Orleans House on Sunday 17th September, a 40th Twinning anniversary celebration. Although the nights are getting darker we were still able to see how huge some of the houses are in Richmond!

3 really is the magic number tonight! We had 3 things to keep us busy...Fitness drills up the hill, ETNA and leafleting, it was Susan's 3rd GG run and we had 3 newbies, welcome to Anna , Jenny and Helen.

Also welcome back to Izzy making a second appearance, hope to see you for your hat-trick next week!

Big thank you to Samia for helping put the pun together
