3 GoodGymers made their way 3.2km to help the Slough Outreach in Slough.

This morning was full of activity! I did a 2 mile run before parkrun which i immediately regretted when parkrun started! I saw Jen at the start line looking all cool with her sunglasses on which helped to bring out the sun.
Upon finishing parkrun Jen and I decided to walk to Slough Outreaches garage lock up! Enough running for one day!
En route we bumped into Gauri. On arrival Shin showed us the garage... eek was the initial thought but within 20 minutes we had emptied it all out.
Out came the bikes, the crates, the boxes, the doors and even the Marylin Monroe video (yea video!) box set!
Now came the task of sorting them into keepers and throwers.
We shifted the keepables back into the lockup and hey presto is was done (though Shin and Arjun did the last leg of the task as Jen and I needed to leave)
