Tropic like it's hot

What better task day than basking in the sunshine on the hottest day of the year!

Our run began at one of our usual Life Leisure start points and we opted for a scenic and partly sheltered route through the scenic Bramhall Park and alongside the Ladybrook River.

Over the last couple of months, we have supported the wonderful organization Together Trust to spread the word about their community Together Festival which is taking place in July by distributing leaflets to the local area

We ran, we lapped up the sun, and we posted, working up a sweat along the way!
