Spring Time - Track Time
8 GoodGymers made their way to help the Achilles International in Islington.

Amazing crew of VI runners and guides at Paddington Rec Track on Thursday. One of our first Achilles International guide running events in complete light for 2023, since the clocks went forwards.
We had Sam, Tom, Mark, Andrew (and Mario the gorgeous guide dog), Naqi, Maki and first time group runner Louise this week. All running different paces and distances (up to 10km total) around the fully accessible community track.
Goodgym VI guides included Simon and first timer Ed running with Naqi, Joanna running with Mark, Tracey and first timer Georgie running with Sam, Michelle running with Andrew and Kamran running with Tom.
What an incredible evening! Thank you so much for joining us, everyone.
We will be back at The Emirates Stadium next week. Same time, but starting at Arsenal Tube Station.
