Great evening with a big group at the Arsenal football ground
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the Achilles International in Islington.

This week's session had a fantastic turnout, with 11 VI runners and and 13 guides, plus Siri and Matthew on bag and dog watch. A great evening of running followed by some beers at the local Whetherspoons.
