Don't leaves me this way...

...And we sure didn't! This week 11 of us headed out on the long 4km run down to Ray's Playhouse in Fulham for a gardening session in the kid's playground. We swept up leaves, cut down overgrown branches, weeded (even artificial grass needs weeding - who knew?!), raked the sandpit, pruned some overgrown flower beds and tidied the large planters. We left the garden smarter, tidier and safer for the kids to play in.

Special mention to our first-timer runners this week: Caroline, Heather, Karen, Hatty, Will - a great effort all round. And a special thanks to local chap Jason who led us home without getting lost....!

Next week we are off on a shorter 3km run to Gibbs Green Hall for a spot of painting (don't wear your best kit!).
