A free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it's up to you!

Come volunteer at Valentines ParkRun to celebrate my 200th ParkRun. It’s not an official milestone and I’m not going to make a big thing of it but it seemed like a good excuse to volunteer, do a bit of good for our local parkrun, get GoodGym’s name out there and have a bit of a get together.

We will be going to the Great Spoon on Cranbrook Road after the event for coffee and/or breakfast for a bit of a catch up afterwards.

Do please sign up directly with the parkrun crew at Valentines - email Valentines@parkrun.com with what task you prefer or if you like surprises leave the role imp to them.
