Mrs T has been through quite an ordeal during the move process. She found it very tyring and stresful - asl most people do when moving. She likes her new flat and likes to sit in her sitting room by the large windows and look out onto her balcony. I t would cheer and delight here even more if she could get her balcony looking a bit tidier and things in order.

Before GoodGym I always lost motivation to stick at running or the gym but now I run two or three times a week.
