GoodGym is a wonderful initiative. It combines three of the most powerful ways of uplifting your own wellbeing – exercising, socialising, and, above all, doing good for others

All of our tasks are fun, but this one really felt like we were having a clear and direct impact on those in need, and whilst packing the bags we could literally imagine a child opening their bag on Christmas Day.

Welcome to WWF x GoodGym’s Workout for Nature
From 7th April WWF and GoodGym are collaborating on hundreds of sessions to celebrate Earth Day. Each session will involve a Workout for Nature - a physical volunteering activity which will benefit local green spaces, and give your own wellbeing a boost. Simply sign up below and come along. No experience required!
Ladies and gentlemen, the first-ever Hyson Green – Forest Fields Joint Litter Pick is here!
Join the Clean Champions on Saturday 26 April at 10:00 AM, meeting at Noel Street (ASDA Tram Stop). From there, the group will split into two teams: one heading east toward Hyson Green, the other west toward Forest Fields.
Let’s come together, clean up our neighbourhood, and have some fun doing it! Bring your energy, your enthusiasm—and a friend!
👉 Please see the event on the Clean Champion Facebook page for more details: https://fb.me/e/5o2XdYqdR
There may not be a member of the GoodGym TaskForce at this session, but Rob from the Sherwood Clean Champions will meet you, brief you and give out the equipment.

GoodGym is a community of people that get fit by doing good. We run, walk and cycle to do practical tasks for community organisations and isolated older people.
