For this session we're going to meet at the task, so you'll need to make your own way there. We encourage you to walk, run, or cycle to do so!
It's our regular monthly visit to help out at Pitshanger Junior parkrun. It's great motivation to get up and active on a Sunday morning and we get to help others do the same. The key skills you'll need are cheering, clapping and giving encouragement! 👏🎉
We often go for a coffee and a chat afterwards, if you fancy it!
We meet in Pitshanger Park near the Meadvale Road entrance
