About this session
We'll be doing some weeding, turning over the soil and planting some bulbs in a flower bed at the front of Bolton Lads & Girls Club's Infinity Centre in Bolton town centre.

This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Rowan Ardill (he/him) by email at rowan@goodgym.org.
Options are available to run between 1km and 5km in total.
Remember that we will be running to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
