Bath City farm is a living, working farm and visitor attraction and charity. They provide education, training and therapeutic activities to people in the local community.
They would like our help with farm activities, from weeding, moving soil and manure and if you are lucky we get to cuddle some of the farm animals afterwards.
Please come prepared for any of the eventualities above, gloves are handy (although communal gloves will be provided), and you may want legs covered.
For those meeting for the run please be out the front of the Moorfields Pub at 10am for a run up the HILL, if not then head straight to the mission for 10:30 for an hour and a half session and coffee afterwards.
Bath City Farm was set up by the local community in the early 1990s, when the resident farmer retired. It gained charitable status in 1995. Over the past 17 years there has been considerable progress on site, including introducing our Soay sheep, goats, chickens, ducks and pigs, a pony and most recently a flock of guinea fowl

This is a GoodGym group run, with the option of walking too. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run or walk to the task together. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us by email at bath@goodgym.org.
Options are available to run between 2km and 3km in total.
Remember that we will be running or walking to and from the task, so you'll only be running or walking for half this distance in one go.
Comments are a good place to ask any questions you may have about the session.
