
Come and join Area Activator and UK Coach in Running Fitness (CiRF) Simon for a fun mixed pace workout
All paces and abilities welcome!
We will meet at BLAS coffee in Victoria Park at 7.50am, ready to start a short warm up at 8am.
Our session is as follows:
1 mile Time Trial!
We will start with a dynamic warm up together
Followed by a easy paced 1 mile run around the Victoria Park loop, with regular fartlek strides
1 mile time trial from BLAS Coffee, round the perimeter of Victoria Park (a perfect 1 mile)
