For this session we're going to meet at the task, so you'll need to make your own way there. We encourage you to walk, run, or cycle to do so!

    About this session

    A large, well-located Estate in the heart of Tower Hamlets, the Parkview estate has a committed TRA, including longstanding residents who enjoy supporting Tower Hamlets Homes in helping to maintain the Estate's gardens and the Glasshouse, the estate's much-loved community centre. The TRA also aim to help support the estate's residents.

    THIS EVENING'S TASK: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

    • We will meet outside the Glasshouse Community Centre on the Estate. Main Google address is 161 Old Ford Road. (If you're entering the Estate from Old Ford Road, the Glasshouse is situated between Sydney House on your left, and Mark House on the right. Please see the map image in this listing for more location info.)

    • Please bring your own gloves if you have them.

    Tasks this evening may include:

    1. Sanding and painting surfaces.

    2. Watering fruit trees.

    3. Weeding borders.

    This task supports
    Parkview Estate Tenants and Residents Association (TRA)
    Parkview's TRA, a local team helping out on the large, vibrant Parkview estate.

    A large, well located Estate in the heart of Tower Hamlets, the Parkview Estate is managed by Tower Hamlets Homes (THH). The estate is situated on the edge of Victoria Park between Old Ford Road and Sewardstone Road. A committed TRA, including longstanding residents, enjoy supporting THH to maintain the Estate's gardens and the Glasshouse, the estate's much-loved community centre, as well as supporting residents.
