For this session we're going to meet at the task, so you'll need to make your own way there. We encourage you to walk, run, or cycle to do so!
Life After Hummus, a local food-waste-fighting charity based in Camden needs our help this Saturday between 11:45am-1pm, picking up time-sensitive food from Tesco and bringing it back to their warehouse on Drummond Street.
The plan: Two runners on this task to maintain social distancing and remember your masks (and gloves if you want to use them) when you're going into the supermarket.
11:45am-1pm: Runners to arrive at the Old Diarama Arts Centre, 201 Drummond Street, NW1 3FE Here you'll meet Becky, one of the main coordinators. She'll give you a quick rundown of what's what and then give you a little trolley to take down to: Tesco Metro Kings Cross - 21 Caledonian Rd, Islington, London N1 9DX Pick up what the shop is giving away to Life After Hummus and then trundle back to the warehouse.
Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.
This is a GoodGym community mission. When we're doing a community mission we make our own way to the task, so you can choose to walk, run, or cycle. Thinking of cycling - check out our FAQs
