For this session we're going to meet at the task, so you'll need to make your own way there. We encourage you to walk, run, or cycle to do so!
Help this local community space prepare for a Christmas Festival with the Great Church Reshuffle!
This is a manual task moving items large and small from the first to the ground floor. This needs at least 4 GoodGymmers to be able to go ahead.
This task will require stair use, but you can carry as little or as much as able - some items are small and light, others are larger and bulkier. It's an all hands on deck situation so let's bring the best of GoodGym!
This the perfect task to follow junior parkrun - and enjoy a coffee or a lap of London Fields in between.
Location: 94B Lansdowne Dr, Blackstone Estate, London E8 3ER
The task owners tells us: "We recently had to move everything out of our hall to put in an air-source heat pump. All that was stored in the hall is now on the first floor of the church. There is a room and a half full of miscellaneous items, mostly in boxes and bags.
It all needs to come down the stairs and across the building, to the back stage area of the hall. Help would be hugely appreciated.
Many church members couldn't manage this very physical task. Many of the things are for our Christmas Fete on 21 Nov, so it would allow us to put on the Fete. It will also allow us to get the hall up and running properly again with everything stored in the right place."
