About this session

Balham Nursery is a beautiful, inclusive preschool where we've been a few times to help out.

The headteacher would like to spread the word about the services they offer and get more children into the school, so she has asked us to come and deliver flyers in the local area.

We'll be running between houses so not only will this have a positive impact but it will be a great workout!

What to look out for

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.

This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Anastasia Hancock (she/her) by email at ana@goodgym.org.

There's space to change and leave bags and toilets. We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk. Participants accept full responsibility for items stored at Battersea Arts Centre, and Battersea Arts Centre and GoodGym will not be held liable for any losses or damages.
