About this session
Last year we sowed lots of annual wildflower seeds to brighten up the meadow. And it worked! Turnham Green saw lots of bright daisies and a scattering of poppies and cornflowers - see the photo on this listing. The volunteers have asked us to do the same this autumn, which will make the area so beautiful for people to enjoy next year.
Join us to plant loads of seeds. No need to bring anything except a head torch as it gets darker. There is no run with this session as its so close to our starting location but we will be following this with a full body workout on the green after the session.
There are toilets to use at the start and a place to change but nowhere to store bags. Come and join our friendly group to have a positive impact on our local community.
There is always a social after the session which everybody is welcome to join. Any questions just let me know!
What to look out for
Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.
This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Anastasia Hancock (she/her) by email at ana@goodgym.org.

here's space to change and leave bags and toilets. We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk.
