This is a GoodGym group run, with the option of walking too. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run or walk to the task together. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator STEFANIA ROSSO (she/her) by email at stefania@goodgym.org.
Options are available to run between 2km and 6km in total.
Remember that we will be running or walking to and from the task, so you'll only be running or walking for half this distance in one go.
