๐ Why It Matters
Barking Food Forest is undergoing a massive programme of ambitious and bold improvements to offer the community a real oasis of green, peace and calm amongst the concrete jungle of Barking Riverside.
New bathroom, outdoor kitchen, irrigation system, Japanese water garden , pavillion and greenhouse are just some of the many planned improvements
With your help, the garden will be ready to host even more outdoor activities: forest schools, school visits, planting, parties, animal visits, yoga, mindfulness, art workshops and much, much more! Weโll be returning over the winter to help with more missions
Come along for a relaxed and friendly morning of volunteering โ no experience needed, just bring your energy and community spirit, see you there!!
