The Task:
Our team managed to prep six trees a couple of weeks ago but there are six more that need a helping hand. Come!
The Run/walk:
We'll be doing a social 1.5kish run to task. The pace will slow enough that everyone should be able to have a good natter and we leave no one behind. Come! We'll be leaving from Blue House Yard at 6:45 sharpish.
Alternatively, you can meet us at Chapmas Green for 7pm.

This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Euclides Montes by email at euclides@goodgym.org.
