
Join us for a 15-minute outdoor bodyweight workout in the park before we get stuck into our volunteering task at Pitshanger junior parkrun!
Suitable for all levels, this short session will help you warm up in the winter months. The routine is designed for everyone โ whether youโre a regular exerciser or simply curious to try something new.
PLEASE REGISTER BY 8PM THE DAY BEFORE THE SESSION. THE WORKOUT WILL BE CANCELLED IF THERE ARE NO SIGN-UPS.
