Tonight it is two tasks for the price of one!
We have previously collected leaves at Christchurch gardens, which has helped clear the area so that the plants can grow. This week we're going to be transporting them to Doddington community garden so that it can be turned into nutrient rich mulch to help with future growing. We'll be heading down to collect a few more bags of leaves, taking them on the short walk to Doddington, and dropping them off there. There's even a social post run - all welcome!
Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.
This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Anastasia Hancock (she/her) by email at ana@goodgym.org.
The total distance of this group run is 5km.
Remember that we will be running to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
There's space to change and leave bags and toilets. We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk. Participants accept full responsibility for items stored at Battersea Arts Centre, and Battersea Arts Centre and GoodGym will not be held liable for any losses or damages.
Comments are a good place to ask any questions you may have about the session.
